The Georgetown Public Schools is embarking in the process of creating a 5 year strategic plan that will map out the immediate and long term goals of the district. A strategic plan sets the district’s Mission, Vision and Goals. It helps to align and prioritize all resources with a laser focus on improving student’s day-to-day experience and long term academic outcomes. The Superintendent, Dr. Margo Ferrick and the Vice Chair of the Finance Committee, Alicia Raspa, are leading this initiative and hope to recruit a diverse group of people to help facilitate the process.
