Ethics Training

Welcome to your Massachusetts Conflict of Interest Law Training!

As a public employee in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, you are required to comply with the state conflict of interest law, MA General Laws Chapter 268A. Compliance with this law helps ensure that public employees serve the public with integrity.

To address this requirement, please complete the following online MA Conflict of Interest Law Training course immediately.

You can access the training here: https://massethicstraining.skillburst.com/.

You will be prompted to register. Please use your school email when registering.
(Enter your email, your name and select Georgetown School District.) 

Once registered you will need to complete two requirements:

  • State Ethics Commission Conflict of Interest Law Training
  • Acknowledge Receipt of the Summary of the Conflict of Interest Law for Municipal Employees

**Some of you may have completed the old format previously. You must repeat the training. Massachusetts has changed the way they handle it and now has everything online. 

No certificates to print or pass in. The Town will receive everything electronically.
